As Head of Impact, she will provide strategic leadership in designing, measuring, monitoring, evaluating, and strengthening the impact of our humanitarian, development, peacebuilding, and social protection programmes. She will also lead efforts to ensure that our interventions remain evidence-based, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.

We are confident that her experience, professionalism, and dedication will further strengthen our collective efforts to uphold human dignity, promote peace, and improve the lives of vulnerable populations.
I kindly request every member of staff and our volunteers to extend a warm CHDPI welcome to Mrs. Kadama and offer her your full cooperation and support as she settles into her new role. Collaboration, respect, and teamwork remain the foundation of our success, and I have no doubt that together we will continue to achieve even greater impact.
Mrs. Kadama will be engaging with various departments and programme teams over the coming weeks to better understand our ongoing activities and explore opportunities for strengthening our impact and organizational effectiveness. I encourage everyone to share ideas, experiences, and lessons that will contribute to our shared mission.
